No Capes!
Cryptic Studios has released the trailer for Champions Online, or, as it’s known in a few circles, City of Heroes 2. The trailer is promotional fluff, but you can view a bit of gameplay. (Click the link to be taken to the game’s site. You can view it there.) It looks like they’re expanding the world outside the city as well. The most exciting thing I’ve heard about so far is being able to create your own custom nemesis and fight it as you play the game. Will it be enough to drag me back to playing MMOs on my PC? We’ll see. In the meantime, I’ll just keep half an eye in their direction.
Oh, and as always, should you decide to play, remember Edna’s maxim – No Capes!
